About Me

Dr Saudabi graduated from India in 1995 and completed post-graduation in OBGYN from Kerala, India. Further on, she completed higher specialty training in OBGYN and acquired advanced training in Fetal medicine, maternal medicine and high-risk obstetrics under the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologist – RCOG UK. She has been working as a consultant in Obstetrics and Fetal Medicine since 2013, initially in the UK and in Corniche Hospital since 2015. During her career, she has been involved in multiple research projects and published papers in peer reviewed journals.

She established the Al Hayat Clinic in Corniche Hospital which is a specialized service looking after women at risk of placental dysfunction in the Fetal Medicine Department, since 2018. She took over the role as Chief of the Obstetrics department after serving as the Chief of Medical Imaging Department in Corniche Hospital from 2019-2025. Dr Saudabi’s special interests include high risk obstetrics including mothers with complex obstetric conditions, medical comorbidities, Diabetes in pregnancy, previous poor pregnancy outcomes, fetal growth restriction and holistically supporting women through difficult pregnancies.
