About Me

Dr. Lakshmi Priya Soundararajan is a highly experienced consultant in obstetrics and gynecology, specialized in managing high-risk pregnancies, maternal-fetal care, colposcopy and medical education. She trained in the UK, and completed advanced training in maternal medicine, fetal medicine and advanced labour ward practice. Before joining Corniche Hospital in 2017, Dr Lakshmi served as a substantive consultant in the UK.

Her comprehensive practice spans antenatal care, labor management, cesarean procedures, and postpartum recovery, emphasizing a holistic and safe patient care philosophy. She is also an accredited colposcopist by British Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology (BSCCP)
