Dr. Amitabha Majumdar is a highly experienced Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynaecology with over 35 years of clinical expertise. He has extensive experience in managing high-risk pregnancies and performing complex caesarean sections including caesarean sections for invasive placental diseases, as well as providing comprehensive gynecological care for heavy menstrual bleeding, fibroid, chronic pelvic pain. Dr. Majumdar is also well known for his superspecialist level experience and expertise in urogynecology, pelvic floor reconstructive surgeries, and aesthetic gynecology, with a strong focus on patient safety and quality outcomes. He has particular interest in women with recurrent urinary tract infections, interstitial cystitis and recurrent vaginal infections. He is well versed in management of menopause.
